1 1lb pork tenderloin
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp dry mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
What To Do:
Place all ingredients except lemon and parsley in a large ziplock bag. Leave in fridge overnight. Place lemon and parsley in bag and return to fridge for an hr. Sear pork on all 4 sides over high heat for 2 minutes per side. Place in baking dish with marinade (reserve 2 tbsp for pan sauce) and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until it reaches 160 degrees. Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. While pork is cooking, Wipe out frying pan. Place over medium low heat and add a couple tbsp of marinade with 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1 tsp butter. Pour over pork when slicing.

We very slightly modified how we did the marinade. This recipe turned out great.
